Kamerbot provides automated tools to assist users in monitoring housing listings and sending notifications, including but not limited to:

Automatically responding to listings on Kamernet.
Sending notifications via Telegram for new listings and messages.
Monitoring listings on supported rental agencies.

Kamerbot is not affiliated with Kamernet, rental agencies, or any other third-party platform. We provide automation and notification services only.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use Kamerbot, including interactions with third-party platforms.
You must comply with the terms of use of Kamernet, Funda, Pararius, and any other platforms you access using Kamerbot.
If your account is suspended, restricted, or banned by a third-party platform (e.g., Kamernet), Kamerbot is not responsible, nor liable, for such actions.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Kamerbot to:

Violate the terms, policies, or rules of any third-party platform.
Engage in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
Circumvent technical restrictions or cause harm to third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. Kamerbot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor does it guarantee successful interactions with third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Kamerbot shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of third-party platforms.
You acknowledge that use of automated tools may result in account suspension or bans, and you accept full responsibility.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kamerbot at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kamerbot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
